This is totally against clean environment. NGOs should be active.

There are some Agencies, who are working on child labour.
1. Dist Child prection Unit (supported by Unicef)
2. SAMBAL (Program run by Bhumika Bihar with support of Unicef)
3. Child walefare Committee (Dist Admin)
4. National Child Labour Project

well we couldnt be stupid and make our children work and we could get a job and learn and make money at any cost.
you can begin by helping children start in school fund rasing to stop the child labor law.

To increase the rate of child education in Araria first and foremost think we should do to increase awareness about advantage of education(functionally literate them so that they will able to read anything like instruction to use fertilizer.) give them practial education, ensure that the administration is taking good step to stop child labour especially in small shop like tea shop, cycle @ hotel .

The common people should discourage the service provided by the minors. The minors must be provided their right of free and compulsory education.

well in my views there is only one way out and it is proper awareness and education that can help eradicate child labour. government should make certain rules that one need to follow strictly. for example in china there is a rule that no one can have more than 1 child and people follow it. this is what the govt of india should opt as one of its policies to eradicate child labour. on the other hand, we the common people should help the govt in such a great work. because we as children are the future of the nation.

first we have to develop the infrastructure of araria which will attract the attention of industrialist because only industrialisation will increase the per capita income of araria.we know araria has always been affected by flood which decrease the food production and leave the people poor.agriculture is the only source of income of araia and we have to go for other alternatives,the other alternatives i think are self employment,small scale industries and industrialisation.if we improove the per capita income it will automatically decrease the no of child labour because no body wants there child to be used as a child labour, it is the need of money that pressurise the parents to allow their child to be used as child labour.
